Shipping charges for 5th Street Books titles ordered via our yahoo! Store are as follows:

Domestic shipping via UPS ground:

Shipping and handling: $8.75 for the first item ordered, plus $1.00 for each additional item ( up to 20 items).

Shipping and handling: $3.99 for the first item ordered, plus $1.00 for each additional item (up to 20 items).

PLEASE NOTE: Orders sent via MEDIA MAIL are NOT insurable or trackable and generally arrive 10 or more days later than a standard UPS shipment. Sorry, we cannot refund orders being shipped via MEDIA MAIL. If your items are not received after 10 business days, please call us.  We will gladly re-ship the item if the customers pays shipping costs a second time.

Refunds/Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately at 770-483-0518.

In most cases, if you don’t have an account set up with us we will issue a full refund not including the cost of shipping for any items returned, unopened within 30 days of delivery.  Items should be returned in their original packaging.

If you have ordered from us before and do have an account set up with us, we will issue a full credit on your account not including the cost of shipping for any items returned, unopened within 30 days of delivery.  Items should be returned in their original packaging.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.
